Interface Security System’s new Voice-Link Universal Voice System (UVS) adds an entirely new level of comfort and protection to your security system.
Voice-Link allows a professionally trained alarm monitoring representative to talk, listen-in, or converse through strategically placed voice stations to confirm an alarm event—adding a new level of security that provides critical information to responding agencies and helps reduce false alarm costs.
Every security system should have a Voice-Link system. It allows for more accurate verification of unwanted alarms, better determination of break-ins, and is invaluable in the event of medical emergencies. Voice-Link works well in the home and small commercial or retail establishments.
Not only does the Voice-Link system provide an added level of security, it has a number of lifestyle enhancing features available with just the push of a button. Voice-Link can be used as an intercom system to broadcast a message to all voice stations in the home, or hold a private conversation between two stations. This feature also lets any station become a built-in baby monitor. Outdoor stations are available for use as an entranceway visitor screening station.
Here’s How it Works:
Voice-Link connects quickly and easily to your existing alarm control panel. Standalone voice stations are placed throughout your home or business. When an alarm signal is received by our Secure Operations Center, an alarm monitoring representative will connect to your Voice-Link system in one of these modes:
Talk Mode
Talk mode allows the alarm monitoring center representative to talk through one or all of your voice stations to notify the intruder that they’re being monitored.
Listen-In Mode
Listen-In mode allows the alarm monitoring center representative to “Listen In” to determine if contacting authorities is necessary—a feature that can significantly reduce unwanted dispatches.
Conversation Mode
Conversation mode allows the alarm monitoring representative to hold a two-way conversation with individuals at or near the voice stations.

When an alarm signal is received, a professionally trained alarm monitoring representative will telephone your site to activate the Universal Voice System, opening a vital communication link.

Options
Outdoor Application
Outdoor covers are available to protect the Voice Station from the elements for use as an entranceway visitor screening station.
Medical Alert
Small, lightweight, Medical Alert buttons can open the communication link to our alarm monitoring representatives so we can verify that medical assistance is needed before they are dispatched. The Medical Alert feature must be part of your overall system design.
Panic/Duress
Activation of wireless panic buttons allow us to listen in and verify the event, prior to the police being dispatched to your home. Panic alarm functions must be part of your system design and service package.
