With Interface Protection Plus service and extended warranty plans, you’ll save money on annual inspections, maintenance, system upgrades and additional security services.
1) Protection Plus – Annual Inspection Plan
Keep your system in top working condition with a Protection Plus Annual Inspection Plan. Once a year, your system gets a thorough examination by an expert technician. We inspect, test and clean all system components, keypad functions, contacts and batteries. We'll calibrate motion detectors, inspect and clean smoke and heat detectors, and schedule a central station test to make sure that your system is communicating the way it should. You can even add additional systems to your plan, including entry management and video surveillance.
This plans qualifies you for a 10% discount on Interface’s standard retail pricing for system upgrades or additions to your security system. Protection Plus Annual Inspection plans cover both residential and commercial customers.
2) Protection Plus Gold
Interface’s Protection Plus Gold extended warranty and maintenance plan covers all labor charges and replacement parts of any system component when service is performed during normal business hours – Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Protection Plus Gold also qualifies you for a 10% discount on Interface’s standard retail pricing for system upgrades or additions.
3) Protection Plus Platinum
Interface’s Protection Plus Platinum plan offers residential and commercial customers both the following services:
- Annual Inspection Plan
- 24-hour, 7-day-a-week coverage of all labor charges and replacement parts of any system component.
- Plus, 15% discounts on Interface’s standard retail pricing for system upgrades or additions.
