Field Customer Service Representative - Hawk Security Services, San Antonio, TX PURPOSE AND SCOPE RESPONSIBILITIES
POSITIONS SUPERVISED QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Previous Experience – Entry level sales position. Knowledge of the alarm or security industry is preferred but not required. Special Skills and/or Desirable Qualifications – Construction and/or Alarm industry experience desirable. Excellent communication skills, control oriented, high degree of integrity, self-motivated team player, goal and results oriented. Language Skills - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, marketing plans, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Math Skills - Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability, statistical inference and sophisticated accounting principles. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations and to develop and interpret related graphs. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, attrition, proportions and percentages. Reasoning Ability - Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instruction in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Computer Skills - Working knowledge of Windows 95, 98, NT, XP, 2000, Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations - Must have a current Texas Drivers License and a favorable DMV Report must be maintained at all times. Physical Demands - While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, equipment or controls and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision and abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Regular attendance is required. |
